Healthy Social Media is a fun app that seeks to help you (teenagers and young people) to think about and assess the social media you are consuming and creating.
Why? Social media offers a fantastic way to connect and communicate with others but it is a double-edged sword that can have a negative effect, particularly on teenagers and young people. Social Media exposure and irresponsible behaviour online can erode your confidence, damage friendships and relationships, and even increase the of things like radicalization, identity theft and much more!
Our FREE app is packed full of fun Healthy Social Media activities such as polls, quizzes, video libraries, top tips and much more!
